palm provided a warm welcome and quick check-in. the room had ample space and was super clean. the food tasted great thanks to the executive chef and pasta chef. mohammed and ali always arranged a table for me and were attentive.

The room was located in the furthest corner of the hotel. this resulted in constant noise and zero comfort.

the hotel features a nice private beach perfect for snorkeling, and access is very convenient. i observed multiple pools, each with a good number of sun loungers and shaded areas.

Staff consistently displayed kindness, offering smiles even while fasting during ramadan. i noticed the staff stopping traffic to help guests cross the road. This added to the cute atmosphere. the reception staff were also very responsive.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i saw the air conditioning worked effectively, and the provided amenities were regularly replenished. the beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned every day.
